DEALER TERMS (JUNE 2025 SHOW)

THANK YOU for your co-operation in these matters.

Dealer agrees to abide by the terms listed below:

1. Display and sell antiques, collectibles and related items. (Nothing distasteful)
2. Dealer agrees to be liable for any damages caused by themselves or their employees or assistants.
3. Dealer agrees to release promoters of the show and owners of the show grounds from any loss or liability during the duration of the show.
4. You must provide your own tables, chairs and tent.
5. A space can be 20 x 40, 20 x 80, etc.
6. Dealers may park within their booth space that they have rented, not to exceed their marked off footage. 
7. Tents including stakes, poles and merchandise must be within your space. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED!
8. Dealers may set up on the Thursday before the show between 7am and 6pm. Space payment must be made by April 1st to secure your space.

Dealer agrees to abide by the terms listed below:

1. Display and sell antiques, collectibles and related items. (Nothing distasteful)
2. Dealer agrees to be liable for any damages caused by themselves or their employees or assistants.
3. Dealer agrees to release promoters of the show and owners of the show grounds from any loss or liability during the duration of the show.
4. Tables, chairs and tents are not provided; space should be trash free when you leave.
5. A space is 20 x 20. Dealers may park within certain spaces; please inquire.
   
6. Tents including stakes, poles and all merchandise  must be within your space. 
7. Dealers agree to be considerate of other dealers and buyers if you pack up prior to Sunday. 
8. No subletting of spaces without our permission.
9. Dealers are allowed to enter the show field NO EARLIER THAN AUGUST 10th BETWEEN 7 am AND 6 pm TO BEGIN SET UP.
10. Please return signed contract form with payment. Your signature is required.
